Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

Pink Salt Wall is expanding our sales team to drive business growth in the Himalayan salt products market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting businesses throughout the Baltimore area to promote and sell our premium salt wall and salt room solutions. You will work closely with our inside sales and marketing team, who will provide comprehensive backend support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential business clients
2. Present and demonstrate salt room and salt wall products and their benefits
3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities in the local market
4. Close sales agreements and establish long-term client relationships
5. Report on sales activities and pipeline progress
6. Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams on lead follow-up and customer support

1. Proven outside sales experience or demonstrated sales success
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Self-motivated with ability to work independently
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
5. Comfortable with in-person client meetings and travel within Baltimore area
6. Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively
