Role Overview: As a Global Product Manager based in Barcelona/Morristown (remote), you will take ownership of a diverse product portfolio in the Paints & Coatings segment and drive Arxada's continued global growth. This role is ideal for collaborative, analytical professionals who excel at strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead pricing strategy and margin optimization across assigned product groups, including tactical pricing actions during market volatility
  2. Establish pricing floors using cost inputs, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence
  3. Maintain mid- to long-term product and asset roadmaps supporting portfolio evolution and business continuity planning
  4. Drive profitability initiatives including value engineering, SKU consolidation, and inventory optimization
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and supplier dynamics in collaboration with Marketing and Regulatory teams
  6. Ensure product master data accuracy and manage SKU lifecycle activities
  7. Coordinate cross-functional launch and change processes to meet market needs
  8. Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to support smooth execution

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10%

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, marketing, business, or finance
  2. 5–10 years of experience in product management, pricing, marketing, supply chain, procurement, or operations
  3. Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate market data into informed pricing and portfolio decisions
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with collaborative and customer-focused approach
  5. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-moving environments with demonstrated resilience, ownership, and growth mindset
  6. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP preferred
  7. Experience within the specialty chemicals sector is an advantage
