Manufacturing Engineer

BRP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations & Supply Chain team in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the design, optimization, and improvement of manufacturing processes and systems. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or other technical 4-year degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience
2. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
3. Project management experience is preferred
4. Team player with excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
6. Ability to multi-task and set priorities
7. AutoCAD knowledge is required
8. Willingness to travel (infrequently)
9. Knowledge of General Logistics Management and Supply Chain is a plus.
