Senior Technical Program Manager

ZeniMax Media is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs and initiatives. In this role, you will facilitate communication between stakeholders and senior management, apply extensive technical expertise to assess change implications, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate communication with stakeholders and senior management to ensure program expectations are clearly managed
2. Apply extensive technical experience to assess change implications from a broad technical perspective
3. Conduct regular program team meetings to track progress and communicate changes in priority or scope
4. Define, negotiate, implement, and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables
5. Lead workgroups for technical requirements, design deliverables, and closure acceptance lists
6. Maintain accurate and properly stored project documentation
7. Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues
8. Oversee the management and ongoing refinement of project backlogs
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria
10. Act as the primary interface for all stakeholders and lead project teams
11. Drive team cadence for projects, communications, and partner engagements
12. Ensure third-party vendors meet expectations and acceptance criteria
13. Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
14. Apply project management standards and practices in planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring
15. Present proposals, progress reports, and recommendations to senior leadership
16. Manage sensitive cross-team engagements, including dependency and schedule alignment
17. Oversee multiple simultaneous projects
18. Provide comprehensive support for incident, problem, and change management processes

1. 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs as an IT Engineer, Technical Project Lead, or comparable technical delivery role with ownership of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
2. Applied experience in at least two security domains (e.g., Security Operations, Incident Response, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, or GRC)
3. Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (10+ contributors) through ambiguity and dependency management without direct authority
4. Strong executive and technical communication skills with ability to translate complex technical issues into decision-ready guidance
5. Program or delivery certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, PSM, or equivalent experience) preferred
6. CISM and/or CISSP, or equivalent applied experience with security risk frameworks preferred
7. Experience managing large-scale program budgets (forecasting, POs, invoices, variance) preferred
