Job Description

About the Role:

The CTO Office PMO (Program Management Office) manages projects for the Research & Product Development (R&PD) organization. In this position, you will work closely with PMs and engineering stakeholders to design and implement web-based project workflows and communications via web pages and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with PMs and engineering stakeholders to design and implement web-based project workflows and communications via web pages and dashboards
  2. Interview stakeholders to define requirements
  3. Document requirements and proposed solutions and review with team members and stakeholders as part of acceptance criteria
  4. Identify opportunities for automation
  5. Use technologies within the Seagate IT infrastructure such as SharePoint, O365, Lucid Chart, Jira, Smartsheet, Power Automate, and Tableau
  6. Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on efficiency improvements including data/workflow automation, budget/spend tracking tools, and lean process improvements
  7. Perform data analysis and visualization, presenting complex quantitative data as meaningful information using tools like Alteryx and Tableau

Requirements

US Citizen

Location is Boulder Country, Colorado and In-person


  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field
  2. Visual design and presentation skills
  3. Proven ability to document requirements and work with stakeholders to refine and get approval
  4. Aptitude for learning and using low-code applications and workflows
  5. Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet)
  6. Experience with projects automating data flows, workflows, single-source, communications, or other repeatable tasks and information
  7. Demonstrated experience with low-code applications and workflows
  8. Familiarity or aptitude with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner, or Power Automate
